Black Zones Project
We’re looking for Black adults in Fulton and Gwinnett County to join a community-driven project focused on closing the life expectancy gap in our communities. If eligible, you’ll use Streetwyze, a community mapping website, to share stories about your neighborhood. Complete the pre-survey and post 5 stories to receive a $50 gift card!
Streetwyze Introduction

Streetwyze is a community-powered platform that allows residents to share their experiences, map neighborhood assets, and identify local needs in real time. By capturing community insights, the platform helps organizations and leaders make more informed, community-driven decisions that support equitable solutions.

What Is the Black Zones Project?
The Black Zones project is a partnership between the Digital Organizing Power Building and Engagement Labs (DOPE Labs) and Hight Health working, focused on improving Black health and longevity in Fulton and Gwinnett counties.
Are You Eligible to Participate
To participate in the Black Zones Project, you must be 18 years or older, identify as Black or African American, and currently reside in Fulton County. Eligible participants are required to attend a Black Zones Project session, either in person or virtual, to create their Streetwyze account. Attendance at one of these sessions is mandatory to be eligible to receive the $50 gift card incentive.

Before you map your stories, you must attend an in-person or virtual session to create your Streetwyze account.
If you do not attend a session and create your account during that session, you will not be eligible to receive the $50 gift card.
