Black Zones Project
We’re looking for Black adults in Fulton and Gwinnett County to join a community-driven project focused on closing the life expectancy gap in our communities. If eligible, you’ll use Streetwyze, a community mapping website, to share stories about your neighborhood, connect valuable resources, and help identify ways to strengthen Black longevity. Complete your stories to receive a $50 gift card!
Streetwyze Introduction
Streetwyze is a community-powered platform that allows residents to share their experiences, map neighborhood assets, and identify local needs in real time. By capturing community insights, the platform helps organizations and leaders make more informed, community-driven decisions that support equitable solutions.
What Is the Black Zones Project?
A community-driven project focused on Black health and longevity, the Black Zones Project is a partnership focused on improving health in the Black communities. We're working to close the life expectancy gap and support Black communities in living longer, healthier lives. During this we hope you share your lived experiences, access information about your neighborhood, and connect to valuable community resources. By conducting this survey we aim to strengthen Black communities, help identify ways to increase Black longevity, and help inform policies, intervention and solutions for the Black community.

Step by step on how to create a Streetwyze account

Create a Streetwyze account by typing in connect.streetwyze.com

Once on Streetwyze, scroll down and click on "Have a code?"

When the text box appears, put in the code, bzful1

Once the code is entered, you can create an account using your phone number or email. When creating your username, select one that is anonymous. For your password, be sure to follow the required password guidelines listed below.

Log back in using the phone number or email address you used to sign up, along with your password. You do not need to remember your username to log in.
